Welcome Centers Kiosks & Registration Labs

Not a registered & paid student? Our Welcome Centers & Lobby Areas located at each campus offer kiosks & Student Registration Lab access for anyone to use if you need a computer to complete your registration & payment process.

Library & Open Lab Computers

Computers are available for registered & paid students to use in our libraries & designated open labs. Our libraries have laptops available for short-term check-out. Click the button for library locations & hours of operation.


On-Campus WiFi

WiFi Internet access is also available onsite in our libraries, campus buildings & in designated parking lots. Registered & paid students get access to our secure WiFi. Guests can access our guest WiFi for use with their own devices. Click the buttons for more information.


Need a Computer for home?

How to get a loaner laptop

Don’t have a computer? The College can loan you a laptop for the duration of your attendance. These laptops are preloaded with the software you need & delivered directly to your home.

You need to follow these steps to get a laptop:

  • Complete a Student Technology Request Form

  • Respond to our confirmation email

  • Sign the contract

  • Receive your laptop at home

Dual Credit/Early College High Schools

If you are a Dual Credit or Early High School student, a laptop may already be available for you. Please contact your High School or Academy for further information.

Internet Assistance

Check out the following options for Internet access at home or remote:

Financial Assistance for Internet access programs

Carriers such as Comcast Xfinity offer affordable high-speed internet access & an option to purchase a computer. You may qualify if you are eligible for public assistance programs such as the National School Lunch Program, Housing Assistance, Medicaid, SNAP, SSI, and others.


Other Carrier Assistance Options

If you do not qualify for a public Internet assistance program, carriers such as Comcast Xfinity also offer free or discounted plans for Hotspots, mobile & home broadband services.


Loaner MiFi

We have cellular Internet devices available for loan to you for the duration of your attendance. You can use these devices at home & we fund the cost for the duration of your attendance.


Other Technology Assistance

We also offer other options for technology access at home or remote:

Virtual Desktops

The College can provide you with a virtual desktop that is hosted in the cloud & accessed using your own computer. This is a great option if you need access to software that cannot run on your computer.


Loaner Webcam

If your computer does not have a webcam, the College can loan you a webcam for the duration of your attendance.


Software Assistance

Software such as Microsoft Office 365 & other instructional software are available for download on your own computer for the duration of your attendance at the College.
