Pound and out?

It's been almost seven months since Russia's runners, throwers and jumpers were banned from international competitions over allegations of systemic doping. While Moscow promised to clean up its act in time for the Rio de Janeiro Olympics, some believe its ostracism has to continue. Does Russia deserve to be back in the running? To discuss that, Oksana is joined by Dick Pound, the founding president of the World Anti-Doping Agency.
