All shoppers and workers at essential stores and restaurants still open in Pennsylvania will be required to wear face masks starting Monday.
Gov. Tom Wolf announced the order last week, almost three weeks after he asked, but didn’t require, everyone to be masked when they’re out in public. The order comes as part of an effort to mitigate the spread of the coronavirus.
While medical masks should be reserved for hospitals and first responders, there are plenty of alternatives available to cover your face when out in public.
Here are some places you can find the materials available to make your own mask.
Cloth face masks
Bandanas
Scarves
Fanatics (On sale)
Several local business are selling, and even making, masks as well. You can find a full list here.
