The sixth volume of Mitos Magazín—a multilingual digital literary platform, founded and edited by several students in Yale's Comparative Literature Department—is pleased to announce the call for submissions for its upcoming issue, Volume VI: Aguas.
We are looking for pieces that explore themes concerning water, such as: rising sea levels, intercoastal connections and explorations, thirst, waves and currents, dilution, liquidity and spills of any kind, rains and hurricanes, transparency and contamination, steam and snow, ponds, oceans, streams, rivers and seas, transpiration, fluids and amniotic sacs, algae, fish and other fantastic water-creatures, boating and floating, wells, Deepwater drilling, fountains, cycles and refraction, diversion and irrigation.
Explorations of water and its varied manifestations are welcome in all forms—fiction, poetry, myth, translation, essay, criticism (art and literature), transcriptions, visual art, gifs, video, photography, poetry, short story, excerpts, aphorisms, caricature and interviews—and all submissions will be reviewed by our editing team.

El sexto volumen de Mitos Magazín, una plataforma digital multilingüe con ínfulas literarias, fundada y editada por estudiantes y escritores del departamento de literatura comparada de la Universidad de Yale, se complace en anunciar la convocatoria a su próximo número, Volumen VI: Aguas.
Estamos buscando obras que exploren temas relacionados con el agua, como: la subida del nivel del mar, conexiones y exploraciones intercostales, sed, olas y corrientes, diluciones, liquidez, derrames de todo tipo, lluvias y huracanes, transparencia y contaminación, nieve y vapor, lagos, océanos, riachuelos, ríos y mares, transpiración, fluidos y líquidos amnióticos, algas, peces y cualquier otro tipo de criatura fantástica acuática, navegación y flotación, pozos, perforaciones en aguas profundas, fuentes, ciclos y refracciones, diversiones e irrigaciones.
Exploraciones del agua y de sus variadas manifestaciones son todas bienvenidas: ficción, poesía, mito, traducción, ensayo, crítica (arte y literatura), transcripciones, arte visual, gifs, video, fotografía, poesía, cuentos, extractos, aforismos, caricaturas y entrevistas. Todas las presentaciones serán revisadas por nuestro equipo de edición.
