I'm a 34 yr old dental hygienist working in a suburb of the Twin Cities. Graduated 12 years ago from the Univ of Minnesota and love my job!!! What can I say, I work with the best staff...we have a blast at work and always have a 3-day weekend...(NO Fridays!!)
During those long weekends you can usually find me downhill skiing, biking, golfing, or cheering on my favorite MINNESOTA sports teams (the Wild, Gophers, and Twins) or meeting friends for dinner and drinks.
My boyfriend & I enjoy traveling and have been fortunate to visit the following countries so far...Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Mexico, Jamaica, Canada, England, France, the Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, & Norway. My dream trip?? Downhill skiing at Whistler in BC!! (June 2007 update: We went skiing @ Whistler Blackcomb in Feb 2007 w/ 4 other friends....loved it!!!)
My favorite recipes come from my Mom and my boyfriend's Mom...they both are great cooks. Since stumbling upon this site, RECIPEZAAR is my favorite cookbook!! I love all the suggestions and tips that people include on their reviews of recipes here.
