Complete this form to add a Co-coordinator to your existing NOCTI account. Co-coordinators assist the Site Coordinator with tasks related to assessment administration and management. Co-coordinators:
• Cannot be an instructor, teaching assistant, or paraprofessional
• Are authorized for access to the Client Services Center
• Share the same obligation with regard to following the NOCTI Security Policy and processes as the Site Coordinator
