Construction Advisory Alliance

The Construction Advisory Alliance consists of in-house counsel, attorneys and leading neutrals who convene to analyze and establish benchmarks to address issues of critical importance within this business segment. In addition, the Construction Advisory Alliance reviews applicants to serve on CPR’s Panels of Distinguished Neutrals. Past work products of the Alliance include Rules for Expedited Arbitration of Construction Disputes as well as three briefings produced by subcommittees: 

• Partnering: A Management Best Practice
• Realistic Allocation of Risks: The First Step in Dispute Prevention
• Dispute Review Boards (DRBs): A Management Best Practice.
