ORANGE VILLAGE, Ohio – Dante Boccuzzi is adding a Japanese fusion restaurant to the Pinecrest development this summer.
Goma - Japanese for “sesame” - will feature sushi rolls and shareable plates as well as an extensive sake menu and cocktails.
Goma will be open daily for lunch and dinner. It will feature a patio and rentable space for private events.
In a release, Boccuzzi bills the restaurant as "a modern Japanese, energetic, engaging experience."
Boccuzzi also owns Dante, Ginko and Dante Next Door in Cleveland's Tremont neighborhood, as well as Dante’s Inferno in Progressive Field and the Flats East Bank, and DBA in Akron.
Pinecrest, a lifestyle-dining-retail complex located at the northeast corner of Harvard Road and Interstate 71, covers 400,000 square feet of shopping, dining and entertainment options, plus business space, the 145-room AC Hotel by Marriott and 87 apartments.
The development has brought in several first-to-market restaurant brands, including Pinstripes, Next Door, Shake Shack and others.
