CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Browns defensive end Myles Garrett was reinstated from his six-game suspension on Wednesday stemming from when he hit Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph in the head with Rudolph’s helmet. The Browns defense missed Garrett in a bad way when he was gone.
