CLEVELAND, Ohio -- On Wednesday, Browns defensive end Myles Garrett was reinstated after serving a six-game suspension for his actions in Week 11 against Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph. The Browns and new general manager Andrew Berry said the team welcomes Garrett back with open arms.
