Reopening of M-DCPS Schools - Parent Survey

M-DCPS is considering several options for the upcoming school year. These options will require additional guidance and approval by the Florida Department of Education. Answer the following questions for each child in your household, STARTING WITH THE OLDEST. You will be asked these questions for each M-DCPS student in your household, up to 3. If you have more than 3 students, please go back and fill out another survey once you have finished.

Assuming all guidelines for reopening of schools have been met, and if given a choice, how would you prefer for your child to attend school in 2020-2021?
Physically at school adhering to the guidelines set forth by the CDC (including social distancing, cleaning, etc.)
Distance learning with current M-DCPS teachers delivering standardized course content virtually
A combination of options A and B with students attending school physically as well as online to reduce contact with other students

In the event that modifications are needed to reopen schools to ensure social distancing, which option would you prefer?
Attending school all days of the week but instituting two shifts during the day to maintain smaller class sizes
Attending school on alternate days, for example, attending physically on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and participating online the other days
