Terrible app. Has been terrible for years. Dev team does not respond to emails. First glaring issue that text does not wrap and overlays other text, this a rudimentary fix. Secondly, and more importantly the credit card auto reload function sucks. It's 2024, why does this app not update your balance instantly? I have auto reload set to add $25 when my balance drops below $10. I get a notification from my card company that I've been charged but the app does not show correct balance. Do Better.

They need to update their ordering system, I want to be able to customize a bagel box. I don't want the preselected flavors. The app says it's because it makes it quicker. Yea I don't want to come in and stand in line to order a box, it's easier and quicker for me to be able to have my order ready and be able to go through the drive thru or walk quickly in and pick it up. It doesn't take that long to pick out custom bagels for people.

The app is alright but it doesn't give you the complete menu, options are limited. And if items differ per store then you should have the menu set to per store in my opinion. Cause I can only ever order 1 thing that I like from the app menu I have to complete a second order in store and by then I just say forget it about it. And u have to hit the order button in order to pick food. U can just click on menu and order that only gives nutritional facts. That's my complaint of it as of today.
