To meet changing client needs, small business owners must be flexible and adaptable. During the COVID-19 pandemic, many small business owners experienced this requirement first-hand as they were forced to make quick changes to survive this challenging time. Attend this panel discussion to learn how diverse small businesses throughout Central PA have successfully pivoted during the pandemic to continue successful operations. Attendees will come away with strategies for re-examining their business model and making strategic changes that will ensure long-term and sustainable small business success.

To pay online with a credit card visit sbdc.psu.edu. Please make payment before seminar date. The Penn State SBDC reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment at any time. Registrants will be notified in advance of the changes.
