AS A TRACK AND FIELD JUNIOR (2020)
NCAA Woman of the Year nominee for NSU Athletics…Named to the CoSIDA Google Cloud Academic All-America third team (All-District first team) for her efforts in track and cross country in 2019-20 – a first for the NSU track program…Received NSU women’s Scholar-Athlete of the Year honors during the annual Sharky’s Awards in April…Inducted into the Chi Alpha Sigma Honor Society for student-athletes…The women’s honoree for the Peach Belt Conference Elite 15 and was named to the 2020 Peach Belt Teams of Academic Distinction…Received Division II Athletic Directors Association (D2 ADA) Academic Achievement Award for the second consecutive year…Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship high honors and recipient of the James Farquhar Award…Received honors from Alpha Chi Honor Society…Competed in one track meet for the Sharks before cancellations stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic cut her final season short…Produced a career-best 5000m time of 18:33.83 at the UT Track Classic (2/28), running the Sharks’ best time in the event for the shortened year and ranked third in the Southeast Region.

Received NSU women’s Scholar-Athlete of the Year honors and was also named the women’s cross country team’s Ultimate Shark (MVP) during the annual Sharky’s Awards in April…Inducted into the Chi Alpha Sigma Honor Society for student-athletes…Named a 2019 NCAA Division II Cross Country All-Academic Athlete by the USTFCCCA and also to the Sunshine State Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll for the third consecutive year…Received Division II Athletic Directors Association (D2 ADA) Academic Achievement Award for the second consecutive year…Led all Shark scorers in all seven meets of the season (15-of-20 career) and delivered four of the top five NSU times on the year (including top three)…Produced a season-best 5k time in the opener at the FAU Cross Country Invitational (8/30), coming in ninth at 19:33.05…Recorded a season-best 6k during the NCAA DII South Region Championships (11/9) in Lakeland, Fla., finishing a team-leading 45th in 23:52.66…Logged her highest finish of the year at the flrunners.com Invitational (9/27), coming down the 5k chute in eighth at 20:08.50…Finished a career-best (at league meets) 28th at the Sunshine State Conference Championships (10/26) to lead all Sharks in the conference race.

AS A TRACK AND FIELD SOPHOMORE (2019)
Raced in seven meets during her second track season with the Sharks…Ran a season-best 5000m of 18:54.88 to finish seventh at the USF Bulls Invitational (3/23)…Finished third at the Embry-Riddle Spikes Classic (3/30) in the 10,000m with a season-best time of 40:01.97, topping the Sharks in the event on the season…Ran a season-best 12:13.17 to finish second in the 3000m steeplechase at the Sharks Invitational (3/12)…Closed the season placing fourth in the 10,000m (41:03.92) and sixth in the 3000m steeple (12:16.61) at the Peach Belt Conference Championships (4/18-4/20), adding scores toward the Shark women’s third-place league finish…Named to the Peach Belt All-Academic Team…Received Peach Belt Sportsmanship Award…Received honors from Alpha Chi Honor Society.

AS A CROSS COUNTRY SOPHOMORE (2018)

AS A TRACK AND FIELD FRESHMAN (2018)
Competed in three events for the Sharks as a freshman…Started the outdoor season placing second in the 3000m steeplechase at the Shark Invitational (3/14) with a time of 12:06.55…Set a personal-best in the event later at the Peach Belt Conference Championships (4/21) with a sixth-place time of 12:00.87…Also placed in the top five in the 10,000m race at the PBC Championship finishing fourth with another personal-best 39:45.79 and went on to finish the championship with a personal-best in the 5000m race at 18:42.50…Received Peach Belt Sportsmanship Award…Received honors from Alpha Chi Honor Society.

AS A CROSS COUNTRY FRESHMAN (2017)
Had one of the best rookie seasons in program history, finishing as the top-runner for the Sharks in all six races, including the Sunshine State Conference (10/21) and NCAA DII South Regional Championships (11/4)…Best 5k time was 19:20.2, accomplished at the FAU Invitational (9/1)...Led the way to a first-place team finish at the FLRUNNERS.COM Invitational with her highest finish this season, sixth…Placed in the Top-20 at the SSC Championship and FAU Invite…Ran a season-best 24:20.2 in the 6k at the SSC Championship to finish 19th overall...Named to the Sunshine State Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll.

HIGH SCHOOL
Ran track for Amanda Kunes at St. Marys Area High School…Best time in the 5k was 18:30 and 11:13.00 in the 3200m run…State medalist at the cross country championship…Won the district championship in cross country and with the 4x800m relay during track season…Named MVP in cross country and had the highest GPA on the team….Received the Wendy’s HS District and State Awards and was St. Mary’s Female Athlete of the Year.
