BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Review all guidelines in your Handbook for each competition. Please pay close attention to the Virtual Appendix found in the back of your handbook.  

Take a look at your Virtual Convention Schedule which includes campaign rally/voting dates and times, as well as the release date for officer speeches, officer installation and awards announcements. Details regarding these releases and links to Vimeo will be emailed to all sponsors on the dates provided.

Online Tests 

All individual online tests can be accessed by visiting www.betaclub.org/test or by clicking the link below. Students must access their test by entering their Member ID. Member ID’s can be found on each student’s membership card or on your membership roster.  

The Main Sponsor of groups registered for Quiz Bowl, Book Battle or Freshman Problem Solving will receive their test links and access instructions in a separate email. 

Competition Submission 

Competition materials can be submitted by visiting https://form.jotform.com/202433854368156 or by clicking the button below. 

All tests must be completed and all submissions must be received by November 9, 2020.
