Need help with deciding on a career or program? Below are useful tools to help you explore your values, skills and interests and decide on a fulfilling career/program.

Focus 2 Career

Focus 2 is a career exploration tool that uses short assessments to match your interests, skills, and values to your program.

There are three assessments you should take once you’ve logged on to Focus 2:

  • Work Interest Inventory
  • Values
  • Skills

You may also choose to take the optional Personality and Leisure assessments.

After you have taken these assessments, you can read your results under "Combined Assessments."

Click on the list of matched careers and begin researching the most current information on those industries.

You can discuss your results with a Career Advisor by contacting Career and Employment Services at 608.243.4598 or careerandemployment@madisoncollege.edu, or by scheduling an appointment through Navigate.
