There is a pink "Trial Use" banner that links to the Genomics Reporting IG with the URL of http://hl7.org/fhir/uv/genomics-reporting/index.html. That just hosts an empty IG, it seems the desired link should be http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/genomics-reporting/.
