Proposed motion to:

add DeviceRequest.doNotPerform (0..1, boolean) to follow Request pattern (and as done in MedicationRequest and clarify that DeviceRequest.reasonCode includes the reason for marking the DeviceRequest as "do not perform" per the pattern.

update the DeviceUseStatement.status to reflect the event statuses defined in the Event pattern and clarify that when the status is not done, the reason code indicates why it was not done.
