Required to use a face brush?
I literally cannot believe that the app is the only way to unlock and use a face brush for the shower. Literally garbage design.
Further, the app doesn’t remember state when in the middle of registration of a device when you need to flip to settings to enable Bluetooth, and then constantly tries to upsell you on subscription plans and warranty/service plans.
In all, just a bad customer experience.

App is limited
Must use app for device to work which can be annoying. The 3 programs “workouts” are underwhelming. It would be nice if it offered more.
