IT provides commonly used software in the Classrooms and labs on campus. If you need software installed or upgraded to support instruction, please review the related knowledge base article, linked here and also appearing on the right sidebar.

Timeline & Due Dates
- Deadline for software requests for start of classes in the fall is April 15th*
- Deadline for software requests for start of classes in the spring is November 15th
- For new applications requests that are submitted outside of these deadlines, expect 10-15 business days before the applications are installed in your lab.
* As of the last edit of this Service Request, the submission deadline for the Fall 2020 Semester has been extended without a determined deadline. We ask you to submit requests as early as possible for software to be installed in the fall.
Departments are responsible for purchasing specialty software and the appropriate number of licenses. Depending on the licensing situation, IT may either make the software available in all labs, or limit it to specific labs per request. If you have questions about the process, please include them in this request.
