Opportunity at a Glance: Every year, the Transatlantic Outreach Program (TOP), brings North American educators (US- 50 states, Canada) and Germans together in order to foster education and dialogue through experience. The TOP study tours (2 weeks in summer) to Germany are designed to provide a comprehensive, 360-degree perspective of contemporary Germany, with emphasis on the political system, education system, vocational education, economy, culture, migration, European integration, and environmental sustainability.
