Colorism Experiences among Non-White Women Leaders in Higher Education Survey |
The purpose of this study is to investigate the experiences of colorism among non-White women leaders in higher education. Colorism is defined as the preference for light skin tones and the prejudice or discrimination of individuals with darker skin within or outside of the same racial-ethnic group. This study's findings will inform research addressing workplace conflict in academia.
