Regarding User Need 17:
Immersive audio is crucial for people with severe sight loss. It helps with navigation, orientation and builds a virtual map of the ‘scene’.
(Perhaps add another user need under 4.18 that refers to people with severe sight loss with following req.)

Add REQ 17b: Provide original soundtrack and audio description in binaural audio to build a 3-D soundscape for users who rely on audio to engage with environments.

This was discussed in Research Questions TF on 27th May 2020 https://www.w3.org/2020/05/27-rqtf-minutes.html

The consensus was to remove the term 'binaural' as that has particular meanings in different contexts (pro audio etc).

The new requirement is that the audio needs to be spatial audio (original soundtrack and audio description). @Raisonali
