We are inviting postdocs, research associates, faculty and PhD students to participate as judges for the poster session during 2019 Annual Postdoc Research Exhibition that will take place on September 18, 2018 from 10 a.m. to 12: 15  p.m. in HUB.

Judges will be evaluating posters outside their disciplines and will be judging a maximum of 4-5 posters. Poster session starts at 10:00 a.m. and ends at 12:15 p.m. You will be expected to arrive fifteen minutes before the session to register and collect the judges packet, program with abstracts.

Interested judges will get an electronic certificate of participation after the exhibition.

Postdocs and research associates presenting a poster cannot be judges.

PLEASE BEAR IN MIND THAT YOU WILL BE ASSIGNED POSTER RANDOMLY. SO YOU WILL MOST LIKELY JUDGE POSTERS OUTSIDE YOUR RESEARCH AREA.
