Thanks to all our volunteers! Please complete the form below and select the position which you are interested. Brief description of the positions below.

1st Vice President: Act as an aid to the president, perform duties of the president in the absence or inability of the president, provide oversight and be the primary contact from the executive committee to the committee chairpersons.

2nd Vice President: Act as an aid to the president, perform duties of the president in the absence or inability of the president and the 1st vice president, provide oversight and be the primary contact from the executive committee to the committee chairpersons.

Recording Secretary: Record the minutes of all meetings of the PTSA, board of directors and executive committee; be prepared to read the minutes of the previous meeting; file all records; perform the duties of the corresponding secretary in their absence.

Corresponding Secretary: Conduct the correspondence of the PTSA, maintain current copy of bylaws, ensure that the membership chairperson maintain a current membership list, perform the duties of the recording secretary in their absence.

Co-Chair Membership: Lead activities to promote membership for the PTSA. Track membership.

PTACHC Delegate: Serve as one of two delegates to PTACHC.

Website administrator: Update website for new school year, post announcements throughout the year.  Should be proficient at Wordpress, HTML and php, or willing to learn.

After Prom Chair: Chair committee to plan after prom activities for students

New Student Orientation Chair: Plan PTSA sponsored activities for new students during orientation

Newsletter: Facilitate the development of content for PTSA newsletter sent to the school community.

Community Connections Chair: Implement approved community service projects for PTSA
