Mindfulness March
During the month of March, we will be having Mindful Wednesdays during Viking Time. In doing this, we will be promoting and bringing awareness to the importance of mental health and well-being. You will have the opportunity to participate in different Mindfulness Activities during this time. Please select an activity that you are interested in. You may participate in as many or as few days as you'd like. You may only do one activity for each Viking Time. Thanks!
