This is based on the area media income based on household size. Maximum earnings are $40,900 for a family of two, $46,000 for a family of three, $51,100 for a family of four, $55,200 for a family of five, $59,300 for a family of six, $63,400 for a family of seven, and $67,500 for a family of eight.
If this is a rental property, is the landlord willing to rent this unit at affordable housing rates for three years after renovations are completed. *
