These are 4 articles on Eldership by Rev. Eric Alexander who was formerly Minister of St George’s Tron Church Glasgow. They first appeared in the Rutherford Journal in the Winter of 1997 and were based on two talks he had given for Rutherford House, the audio can be listened to here – Part One and Part Two.
We have used these articles in our Session Meeting and for Elders Training and I hope they will be of use to others. They are reproduced here with permission of Rev. Alexander and have been slightly edited.
