Fall 2019 Road Runners Club Registration Form
 Dear Road Runners, this year's Volunteers and I are super excited to get back outside with all of you again. The club runs for 6 weeks every Thursday starting September 19th to October 24th for first through fifth graders.  We start  immediately after school until 4:30 pm. The students will be provided with a healthy snack, warm up with exercises and engage in fun running with friends!  Only $5 per student!

 Please register one child at a time using the link below.    Your understanding as we work out the kinks is greatly appreciated.  After you hit "Submit" you should receive an email  of your answers to send in with your payment.   We won't share your information, we are just trying to use technology to work smarter instead of harder!  You need to send your child's name and $5 to the office to be a completed registration.

It is the parent or guardians responsibility to ensure this child is picked up and SIGNED OUT at 4:30 each Thursday ~ strictly enforced.  Any child NOT signed out (Parent initials on the "sign out clipboard" next to your child's name) ~ it is assumed that your child is missing and we have to ensure that child is safe and accounted for before we can go home.  Sign out typically happens on the back basketball court. My child and I understand that the running program is sponsored by SES, therefore, all school rules apply.Any child who doesn't cooperate can be asked not to return.  (parent/guardian initials) *
Close toed shoes, comfortable/weather appropriate clothing and bring a water bottle are required. (parent/guardian initials) *
Yes will enclose $5.00 (per child) to cover the cost of a healthy snack. (checks to "SES" or cash)  (If you have more than one child ~ one lump payment) *
I know this program is only available and safe with the help of volunteers.  I want to sign up to help at LEAST once this season for 30 minutes between 3pm and 5pm. *

YOU ARE ALMOST DONE!  The office ***needs*** a PAPER COPY (just the first sheet is fine)  to accompany your payment.  After clicking "Submit" check your email (possibly in your junk mail folder) for a copy of your responses, PRINT THAT OUT, and SEND THE PRINTOUT to the office with your PAYMENT.   SEE YOU AT RUNNERS CLUB!  (You may use the space below to tell us anything else you think we may need to know)
