BWES Performing Arts Registration 2020-2021
Welcome to the Bryant Woods Elementary School online band and strings registration!
To enroll your child in band or strings class, please complete the following online registration by Wednesday, September 23rd. The earlier you sign-up means the easier it is to get your child enrolled. Please complete this form for your child even if they played an instrument last year!  I will need to have a record of all students who will be in band or orchestra.

Upon completing the online registration, Ms. Zepp will contact you with information about the schedule, instrument rental if applicable, school instrument loans and the purchase of any required materials.  Parents of band and strings students are highly encouraged to rent an instrument for their child if possible. The schedule of band and strings classes will be distributed prior to their first lesson (9/21) and all beginning students will need their instruments by October 1st. Congratulations on making performing arts an important part of your child's education!

¡Bienvenidos a la registración para la clase por internet de bandas y cuerdas de la Escuela Primaria Bryant Woods! Para inscribir a su hijo/a en la clase de banda o cuerdas, por favor complete la siguiente registración antes del miércoles 23 de septiembre. Entre más pronto registre a su hijo/a lo más fácil será inscribir a su hijo/a en la clase. Por favor complete esta forma para su hijo/a aun si ya hayan tocado un instrumento el año pasado! Necesitare mantener un registro de todos los estudiantes que estarán en la banda o orquesta.

Al completar la registración por internet, la Sra. Zepp se comunicará con usted para brindarle la información sobre el horario, el alquiler del instrumento si fuese necesario, y préstamos para los instrumentos escolares o la venta de cualquier material que fuese necesario para la clase. Padres de los estudiantes de banda y cuerdas se les ha recomendado que renten el instrumento para su hijo/a si es posible. My child has my permission to participate in the Performing Arts Program at Bryant Woods Elementary School. I fully understand all of the information supplied in the registration letter and I will make every endeavor to encourage daily home practice. It is acceptable for my child to be photographed unless I have informed Ms. Zepp otherwise. My child will attend all concerts unless there is a family emergency or illness.
