Between July and August 2015, staff and participants took photos over one month and then sat down with the photo voice facilitators to discuss some of the photos that they felt most represented their ideas about the Connecticut MHTG and ways in which their lives have been influenced by the project. Several themes emerged from their work including connections, habits, service, spirituality, and stigma. One individual told his personal story of health and well being while he was an inpatient at a psychiatric unit.
