Submit Prior Permission Required (PPR) Request

Any request for take-off, landing or refuelling at Bermuda L.F Wade International Airport between 2300 hours and 0700 hours local time, must be submitted for approval 24 hours prior to the planned day of the flight.

Any take-off or landing made without prior approval shall result in regulatory punitive measures. Skyport reserves the right to cancel any PPR which was previously approved.

BERMUDA FIRE RESCUE SERVICES (BFRS) AFTER HOURS COST (2300-0700 LOCAL TIME)
The costs associated with coverage provided by BFRS after 2300hrs for flight operations are as follows:

All Air Ambulances / Medevacs $ 700.00

General Aviation Category 5 and below $ 1,500.00*

General Aviation Category 6 and above $ 2,500.00*

*The above fees are for a two-hour period only and will increase for anytime thereafter as detailed below:
General Aviation Category 5 and below will increase $200.00 per hour every hour after the first two hours.
General Aviation Category 6 and above will increase $400.00 per hour every hour after the first two hours.

Traveller Screening

All travelers (including crew who stay in Bermuda for more than 24hr) must complete the Traveller Screening Form (link will open in a new window)
