A small Midwestern funeral parlor is the setting for three darkly funny and touching stories. Playwright Jeffrey Hatcher weaves three poignant tales into an evening of extraordinary storytelling ingeniously connected by common threads of characters and plots. A mesmerizing evening of thought-provoking fun, starring BSC Associate Artist Debra Jo Rupp. Rupp (Kitty Forman) will reunite with her That ‘70s Show co-star Kurtwood Smith (Red Forman), and be joined by Angel Desai (Marta in the 2006 Tony Award-winning Broadway revival of Company), for a special streaming version.

The reading of Three Viewings will premiere on Wednesday, September 23 and will be available for viewing for a limited period of 96 hours only through Sunday, September 27.

Access to the show is available with a donation of $25 or more and can be ordered by clicking the button below. You will receive a confirmation of your donation after completing this transaction. We will email you a link to view the reading within 24 hours of the event.

What to Expect

If you purchase your ticket before Tue, 9/22 at 7pm (ET):

  • You will be immediately sent an automated email receipt from OvationTix when you purchase your ticket — this WILL NOT include the link to view Three Viewings.
  • On September 22, at 7:30pm patrons will be emailed the viewing link from BoxOffice@BarringtonStageCo.Org with the subject line, “Your unique link to view Three Viewings”.
  • If you click on the link before the viewing period begins (Sept 23rd at 7:30pm ET) you will receive an error message “Sorry, we couldn’t find that page”. You will need to refresh your page at 7:30pm (ET) in order to load the performance.
  • Once the viewing period has begun (Sept 23rd at 7:30pm ET), you will be able to click the link and watch Three Viewings on the website Vimeo at your convenience through Sunday, September 27 at 7:29pm (ET).
  • We recommend starting the stream no later than 5pm (ET) on Sunday, September 27 in order to watch the entire performance.
  • You do not need to create an account, download, or pay anything to Vimeo in order to watch Three Viewings.

If you purchase your ticket after Tue, 9/22 at 7pm (ET):

You will get the link sent to you from BoxOffice@BarringtonStageCo.Org on 9/22 at 7pm (ET) or later. We email links between 10am and 10pm each day. If you bought after 10pm (ET), you’ll get the link at 10am (ET) the following morning.

The email from OvationTix will not have any information on how to view, as it is only a receipt. Your link to watch the performance will be emailed within 24 hours of the performance from BoxOffice@BarringtonStageCo.Org.

Vimeo is an online streaming platform. You will not need to create a Vimeo account or download anything to view the performance. You do not need to pay for access to Vimeo separately from your ticket purchase.

You can view Three Viewings on any PC, laptop, tablet, or smartphone that has streaming capabilities. Just click the link that was emailed to you.

This show is available for viewing starting at 7:30PM (ET) on 9/23. You can stream the show any time from then until 7:29PM (ET) on 9/27. This performance is “on-demand”, so you do not need to watch at any specific time. As long as you watch within the available viewing window listed above, you can start and stop the video as needed.
