The POWER Portal is now accepting applications for POWER 2024

This portal accepts proposals for both Implementation and Planning grants available through the POWER Initiative.

Before Submitting an Application:

Review the Partnerships for Opportunity and Workforce and Economic Revitalization (POWER) Initiative 2024 Notice of Solicitation of Applications (NOSA) to confirm
that your proposal reflects the intent, priorities, and mission of the POWER Initiative.

Contact the ARC State Program Managers for the state(s) included in the proposal to review project ideas and confirm that they are in alignment
with the Appalachian economic development priorities for those state(s).
Note: Notification of relevant state program managers is required for all applicants.

Complete the Letter of Intent (LOI) form via the online form by March 1, 2024 at 5PM ET. The LOI form will be available at www.arc.gov/POWER on February 1, 2024.
Note: A completed LOI is required in order to gain access to a full POWER application.
Completed Applications:

Must answer all required questions.

Should be focused, concise, and relevant.
Application narratives are limited to 15 pages (17 pages for broadband deployment projects).

Should not include unnecessary documents, attachments, or materials.
Applicants are limited to 100 pages total for all uploaded attachments.

Users must first submit a Letter of Intent (LOI).
If approved, users will be sent an email
with instructions on how to login to the POWER portal.
