We're so grateful to everyone who supported our first-ever virtual event -- Grit, Gratitude & You. The fundraiser was a big success!

Zack Bruell's  Pimento Cheese 

1 LB hand Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese 

8 oz cream cheese

1 cup of Mayonnaise 

4 oz of grilled or roasted diced pimento or red pepper

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

1 teaspoon of finely diced fresh tarragon 

3 teaspoons of finely diced red onion

put all ingredients in a food processor except pimento and onion

place in a bowl and fold in the pimento and onion

If you would like to spice it up add chopped jalapeno or your favorite hot sauce!

Spread it on Wonder Bread or use it as a dip!
