It's almost great. I particularly like that you can have an ongoing session that participants can access at any time after you have logged out. HOWEVER it sucks that there's basically only 2 tools to write with (just a pen and pencil) and there's no changing the size of the tip, also, only 5 colors available (white doesn't count). Handwriting recognition is ok, but not great. Once the novelty wears off it's more of a nuisance.

I installed this a few months back; now I'm revisiting it. It seems to have gotten worst. Why would you cripple a collaboration app!? Inserting a text box has been removed, it's so limited when handling objects. No productivity templates for project management. No snap to grid nor grid scaling nor auto arrange. I rather use Google Slides. This is not functioning to handle a fast-paced environment. Microsoft whiteboard offers a TON of features

Could be great, but crashes and glitches make this app unusable. Tried to use this to help my daughter with some math homework. Both her phone (an iphone 13) and mine (Samsung S21) has frequent crashes and glitches. I also had the app running on the desktop in front of me, and the desktop app ran smoothly. Weird lags which happened on the mobile app but not the desktop app, pinch zoom mistaken for two pens or causing instant crashes, erased drawings returning again and again. C'mon Google!
