Completed forms are to be submitted to the BOB Team. They can be scanned and emailed to [email protected], faxed to 410.313.7742, or mailed to HCLS Administrative Branch, 9411 Frederick Road, Ellicott City, MD 21042.

Important Dates for 2024
- Oct 11 – Information meeting at 7 pm via Zoom

- Oct 23 – Registration opens at 10 am (link will be added at 10 am) and remains open until capacity is reached or November 7 at 11:59 pm, whichever comes first.
Registration full – contact your school’s media specialist for availability on an existing team.
- Nov 14 (7 pm) –Mandatory coach meeting via Zoom (recorded)

- Nov 15 (7 – 9 pm) –Mandatory coach meeting at Miller Branch with book pick-up
- Nov 17 (5 – 6 pm) – Book pick-up
- Nov 18 (11 am – 1 pm) – Book pick-up
- Feb 5, 2024 – Permission forms due and last day to change team info
- March 19, 2024 – Mandatory logistics meeting via Zoom
- April 4, 2024 ( 7 – 7:30 pm) – virtual author event with Varian Johnson
- April 5, 2024 – Upload team digital poster
- April 19, 2024 – Battle of the Books event
