    Thanks for writing such an insightful article. I am a fitness coach myself and would like to highlight a few things that I tell beginners who are starting just now or starting after a long break:
    a) Register for any online workout regime or download any workout app- since its lockdown again because of covid (which will track your workouts)
    b) Create a workout playlist or you can find premade workout playlist on youtube.
    c) Have patience. Fitness is a slow process and takes time to lasting changes.
    d) Plan your diet well in advance to avoid last minute high calorie food intake.
    e) Plan fitness as a long form activity i.e. for a period of 6 months and plan what are your goals associated with it. The goals should be highly functional (aesthetics will come along).
