All students must make a minimum payment of $200 to have a spot written for you in the marching band show. If you need an extended payment plan beyond just four payments, you will fill that out through the financing form, the last option listed in this section. This form will be emailed to you once you have completed this contract.
All band students are required to participate in discount card sales for this coming school year. Your first 10 cards will go to the guard/band program. Any more sold after 10 will credit to your account towards your guard fees. We understand that some families do not want to fund-raise. If you would like to pay instead of selling cards, please select that option.
You must have your student information form done as well when you submit this form! Upon submitting this form you will be sent to paypal to make a payment. You do not have to have a paypal account to pay using paypal. We are asking all payments be made online for your first payment of fees.
