2019 - Appeared in 12 games within the circle for the Lions as a junior … closed out the season with a 3.00 ERA, recording 16 strikeouts and allowing only nine earned runs in 21 innings pitched … registered a season-high four strikeouts in a victory over Sioux Falls (2/25) while not allowing a single earned run in six games.  

2018 - Appeared in 14 and started in two games within the circle for the Lions as a sophomore, recording one complete game against Lindenwood (4/18)...allowed 60 hits while striking out 13 in 35.2 innings pitched...struck out a season-high three batters at Pittsburg (3/23) and against LU.

2017: Played in 26 and started 14 games on the mound for the Lions in her rookie season...she went 4-6  in 89.2 innings pitched with a 4.76 ERA, while striking out 68 and walking 48 batters in 26 appearances...did not allow one home run in 18 of 26 games...pitched two complete games, both shutouts against Drury (Mar. 5) and at Lindenwood (Apr. 15)...struck out a season-high five strikeouts against Fort Lewis (Feb. 10), while adding four other multi-strikeout games versus Southern, Ark. (Feb. 19), at Emporia State (Mar. 9), versus Wayne St (Mar. 18), and versus Pittsburg State (Mar. 25). 

Prior to Southern - earned first team All-Ozark Conference honors as a sophomore, junior, and senior for coach Kirk Harryman and the Joplin HS Lady Eagles...Cox was also a three-time Ozark Conference Pitcher of the Year...she was a three-time first team All-District selection...earned first team All-Regions honors as a senior and was a second team All-State selection at pitcher her senior season...Cox helped lead the Lady Eagles to three straight Ozark Conference championships (2013-2015) and a Missouri State High School Activities Association (MSHSAA) Class 4 District 12 title in 2015.

Personal - daughter of Louis and Norma Cox...plans to major in elementary education at Southern.
