2017-18 - Haltom was the top golfer for the Lions and earned All-MIAA honors in the process ... He had a low-round of 68 and finished with a stroke average of 75.9 ... He had three top-ten finishes and one top-five finish with a fifth-place finish at Central Missouri to start the season. 

2016-17 - Haltom played in five events as a sophomore, finishing with a stroke average of 77.5 ... he had two top-20 finishes and a low round of 70. 

2015-16 - Played in eight tournaments for The Green & Gold during his freshman campaign...played a total of 20 rounds with a scoring average of 79.2...lowest round, 72, came in the second round of the Holiday Inn Express Classic hosted by Missouri Western State University at the St. Joseph Country Club, October 12...best finish came at the Evangel Fall Invitational (Sept. 28-29) with a final of 8-over, 224 for a share of ninth place out of 66 golfers.

Prior to Southern - was the number one golfer for Ava HS all four years earning All-Conference and All-District honors all four years...tallied 14 tournament wins during his high school career and helped the Bears to three straight SCA Conference and MSHSAA Class 2 District 5 titles (2013-15)...he was also a four-time state qualifier and earned Ozone Athlete of the week honors during his senior season...Haltom also starred on the gridiron for Ava HS earning All-State offensive lineman honors for the 2013-14 season.

Personal - Haltom plans to major in applied mathematics at Southern...he is the son of Nathan and Trisha Haltom. Tristan is the older brother of Lions golfer Taylor Haltom.
