This past weekend, my staff and I helped over one thousand Ward 5 residents and their families receive a turkey for Thanksgiving.
 

We were able to ensure turkeys went to each senior building in the Ward, as well as many seniors in their homes. A special thanks to new Samaritan Baptist Church and St. Martin's Catholic Church for allowing us to participate in their turkey drives as well.
