Drexel VCAP offers a variety of services designed to provide our clients with the latest video and collaboration technology support. We make presentations viewable to more people, lectures available to more students, and information instantly accessible to a Web-wide audience.

The VCAP team is your main point of contact for support with Zoom for meetings, events and courses that require video conferencing for remote participation.

We provide video production, live-streaming, and podcasting services.

VCAP is also an excellent resource for A/V Consultation, classroom installs, A/V technology purchases. We have extensive knowledge in classroom technologies, collaboration spaces, and the project management process.

VCAP OPERATION HOURS 

VCAP support is available from 8:00am - 5:00pm  Monday through Friday.

Requests for events beyond our regular hours of operation are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Confirmation is contingent on the availability of staff and resources, and requires pre-event consultation, testing and walkthrough.

Additional planning and collaboration is required for studio and location productions, including a pre-production meeting to determine if your project is within our scope.
