The Everett Public Schools Board of Directors is using this eGovernance tool to make meeting agendas and supporting documents available on the Internet, and to distribute documents associated with its public meetings more quickly, broadly, and efficiently. Through this website, the public can view agendas and supporting documents associated with meetings. Documents associated with the meeting are automatically archived and can be accessed by meeting date or by using the BoardDocs comprehensive search feature.

Annually the school directors develop a plan for their regular and special meetings. Regular meetings are held on Tuesdays at 4:30 p.m. in the Community Resource Center, 3900 Broadway, Everett, unless otherwise announced. Regular meetings often include study sessions or work sessions to provide the directors time to concentrate on selected issues.

Special meetings are held at various times of day during the school year, and often involve substantial staff and community member participation. Special meetings are held on a variety of topics during the year, and while often located at the Community Resource Center may be held at other locations to support the meeting purpose.

The board's annual meeting plan for 2019-20 is a tool to guide the work of the directors and the work of district staff in preparing the content for board work. The annual meeting plan is updated frequently during the year.
