Worker Protection Hotline
The City of New York is aiming to help workers restart out on the field. The 311 Worker Protection Hotline launching this upcoming Monday. Workers who call 311 will be connected to Department of Consumer and Worker Protection for immediate assistance. For worker rights and guidance online, click here.

Money for Groceries
New York State introduces P-EBT, a new benefit that gives NYC public school families $420 per child credit as food assistance.
- No sign-up is required. All families of NYC public school children, regardless of your immigration status, income, or employment, will receive this money.
- If you already have an EBT card or a Medicaid card, the money will automatically be added to your card.
- If you do not have an EBT card, you will receive one in the mail. If you are concerned that the State of New York may not have your correct address, please call 1-888-328-6399.
Families of non-public school students should contact the State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance to learn if they are eligible.

Resources for Domestic Violence Victims
NYC Hope is here for survivors of relationship violence. Find information & resources for those experiencing family violence, elder abuse, dating, domestic or gender-based violence by calling 1-800-621-4673 or by visiting here.
Safe Horizon is providing assistance for victims of domestic violence or abuse during the COVID-19 crisis, including with applying for transfers for NYCHA. Tenants can call the helpline at 1-855-234-1042 or reach out to a Criminal Court Program. For more information click here.
