We are seeking volunteers to serve on one of the following committees: Local Arrangements Committee, Vendor and Sponsor Relations Committee, or the Proposal Review Committee for the upcoming DLS Conference in 2020.  If you are interested in volunteering your time for either committee, please fill out the following form by July 23rd.

Each committee will have a tele-meet-and-greet in early August to establish roles responsibilities.

Local Arrangements Committee - volunteers will help coordinate and set up the basket raffle and the local dine-arounds.  Basket raffle planning includes soliciting baskets or donations, coordinating with basket donors, running & securing the raffle, and announcing basket winners. Dine-around planning includes identifying local dining establishments, creating sign-up sheets, scheduling reservations, making travel arrangements, and coordinating a "group leader" for each dine-around.

Vendor and Sponsor Relations Committee - members of the vendor and sponsor relations committee will solicit sponsorships and vendor registration.  The ultimate goal is to generate enough sponsors to help reduce the registration costs.

Proposal Review Committee - members of this committee will participate in a double-blind peer review of poster, presentation, and paper-presentation submissions.
